Peggy Snow moved to Elizabethtown in the October of 1990 as a newlywed. She is married to Chip Snow and has 3 grown daughters. She completed her Masters of Education in Counseling in 1990 with most of her career spent working in mental health and social services. Peggy’s yoga journey began in 2013 when she attended a hot yoga class with a friend. Although she was not sure she would make it through that first class, a spark was lit. Over the next six years, Peggy developed a personal practice which she believes has transformed each aspect of her life. In the spring of 2019, Peggy completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and in January 2021, she completed her RYS 300 hr Advanced Teacher Training through the KARMA School of Yoga and Wellness. In addition Peggy has had the opportunity to study with master yoga instructors: Taylor Hunt, Doug Keller, Laura Burkhart, and Elizabeth McNeil to expand her knowledge of yoga. She is very excited to now share her love of yoga and help others begin their own yoga journey.
