Introduction to Arm Balances breaks down these challenging, but fun positions into their component parts: how and when to shift your body weight, how to engage your core and the small adjustments that make what seems impossible – possible!
If you have a regular practice, this is your chance to get feedback on how your body can acheive these positions. If you’re active, but new to yoga – runners, lifters, weekend athletes – your strength and body awareness will serve you well here; we’ll fill in the yoga specific parts as we go.
Falling is part of the process! We’ll show you how to do that safely, too.
This workshop is included in all KARMA memberships; drop-in rate applies.

Because we all need to deeply relax and unplug!
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative meditation practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation between waking and sleeping. Unlike traditional yoga that involves physical postures, Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down comfortably while following spoken instructions that systematically relax your body and mind.
You’ll be guided through a series of gentle awareness exercises. These might include body scanning (noticing different parts of your body), breath awareness, visualization, and setting positive intentions.
The practice creates a profound state of relaxation while maintaining a thread of conscious awareness, allowing you to access deeper layers of rest than typical sleep.
You don’t need any prior meditation experience, physical flexibility, or special equipment. The practice is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities, making it an inclusive form of wellness that anyone can enjoy and benefit from.
Bolsters and blankets provided – feel free to bring your favorite pillow!
While Yoga Nidra is best performed in a supine position – chairs are available for those who cannot lie down on the floor – just let us know when you register!
This class is included in all KARMA Memberships; drop-in rate of $20 applies for non-members.

Candlelight Full Moon Yoga: The Harvest Moon
The full moon on September 26th is the Harvest Moon — this year it also happens to be the last of the traditional named full moons before autumn officially begins.
It’s called the Harvest Moon not because of a fixed month, but because it’s whichever full moon falls closest to the autumnal equinox. Its significance is practical: for a few nights around this full moon, moonrise comes only shortly after sunset instead of the usual ~50 minutes later each night, so farmers historically got several extra evenings of bright moonlight to finish bringing in crops before frost — hence the name. It’s sometimes also called the Corn Moon in years when Harvest Moon shifts to October.
Experience Level:
While new students are welcome, some prior yoga experience is recommended to help you flow comfortably through the moon salutations and celestial sequences. If you’re familiar with basic poses and sun salutations, you’ll feel right at home!
This class is included in all KARMA Memberships; drop-in rate of $20 applies for non-members.

We are excited to host our second Golden Hour: Half-Day Women’s Retreat at Christian’s Landing of Smith’s Farm in Hodgenville, KY!
Golden Hour is a women’s wellness retreat designed specifically for women who put others first. Not because self-care is a trend, but because you cannot keep giving from a place of empty. This afternoon is a practical, grounded, judgement-free space to remember what it feels like to be on the receiving end of care.
This fall afternoon will be filled with gentle yoga and mindfulness based movement, breath work, journaling and nourishment for our body and minds.
No prior yoga experience. No wellness background. No pressure to share, perform or have it all together. You’ll leave with a small take-home gift, an intention for the days ahead, and – if we do our job right – a slightly different relationship with the idea of caring your yourself.
Reserve your spot today – spaces are intentionally limited. Use the link below or find the event using your Mindbody App.
$65 / person
Bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need. If you do not have a mat or props – we will have a small supply on a first-come basis.

Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.
The session begins with a brief grounding to help us arrive fully in the space and community. We’ll take a moment to appreciate all sounds as healing, and release expectations of our time together. After a short guided meditation, Arin will weave a tapestry of improvised sound into a sonic story that unfolds intuitively. After the sound fades, we’ll rest together in a moment of silence to integrate the experience and appreciate the sounds we heard, and the stillness we feel.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you need to recline comfortably on the floor. We honor this space through a shared agreement of quiet, stillness, and mutual respect—to support an inclusive, caring environment where each participant is free to simply be.
About Dr. Levy:
Dr. Arin Levy is a Denver-based percussionist, sound artist, and educator of Cuban-American heritage. Founder of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts and director of The Resonance Room at Denver Percussion, Arin performs over 50 sound meditation events annually across the U.S. Their immersive soundscapes, built from gongs, bowls, and improvisation, invite reflection and healing. With a doctorate in percussion and music theory, Arin also offers custom lessons in percussion, theory, piano, and sonic meditation. Their work is rooted in the belief that music—like laughter—can be the best medicine.
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
Please bring what you need to rest comfortable on the floor – there will be a few props available on a first come basis.

Disconnect to Reconnect – Couples Retreat
Five days in Costa Rica for couples who are already in a good place — and want to learn skills to make a good thing even better.
This is not a couple’s therapy retreat, and it’s not a vacation with a yoga class added on.It’s five days in Costa Rica for couples who are already in a good place — and want to build on something that holds up over time. If you both want this, you’re physically active and mobile, and you’re curious about how breath, the nervous system, and the body shape your ability to show up authentically for another person — this retreat is designed for you.
If your relationship is in real crisis, this isn’t the right fit — if one of you is dragging the other, it won’t work, and neither of you will enjoy the week. We want to be honest and up front about that – before you register.
This retreat is for couples coming in solid and want to leave with an actual set of skills — breath work, hands-on bodywork techniques you’ll take home and use, honest communication tools — all built around one idea: taking responsibility for your own presence before asking anything of your partner. The days have real structure, and the work is real but intentionally not ‘deep’. And plenty of free time built into the schedule to allow for you both to ‘Disconnect to Reconnect’.
Simply put, structured and relationship focused time most couples haven’t had in years in someplace extraordinary.
