This workshop will explain how meditation and breathing can benefit your physical and mental wellness. In this Part 2 workshop we will learn:
* Breath Awareness Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and presence through focused attention on your breath.
*Walking Meditation: Mindful walking, focusing on the sensations of each step to cultivate present-moment awareness.
* Box Breathing: A simple yet powerful technique to balance your nervous system and promote relaxation.
* Supported Meditation Postures: Find comfort and ease in meditation with gentle, supportive postures.
