Namaste- Traditional greeting or salutation. Closes each class as an acknowledgment that we are all equal in our practice and with each other.
Vinyasa- Connecting movements with breath. Vinyasas are sequenced poses often used between static poses to ‘reset’ the body and prepare it for the next pose.

Savasana- Final pose of each class. Relaxation to reset the body and mind.
