Chris has been an athlete all of his life, participating in a variety of sports - including completing three Ironman Triathlons. He became interested in yoga in his early 30's, but it wasn't until his late 40's that he became really drawn to the practice and appreciated the connection with the body and the breath. A self-described "big kid at heart", his classes are fun and invite you to not take yourself too seriously. Chris' classes will challenge your strength, flexibility and mental focus.
